INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM

INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM

Hello guys, Welcome to our blog Blacknwhite. Today we are going to discuss the education system in India. I already post some articles about education like how education is interesting if it consists of creativity and education blogs for knowledge. If you haven't read them yet, then definitely read them😊. Indian Education system, everyone knows about our education system that is totally in bits. They told us blindly copy all the matter in the books just for gaining marks just like a Xerox machine. If we have any doubts regarding any topic we thought of doubt! go to hell because we are taught in school just blindly copy the text and just paste in the exam sheet and gain of marks.

The conclusion is we only have to score marks, irrespective whether you understand anything or not no matter your knowledge is enhanced or not your aim just has to gain marks. Because we have been listening since childhood that marks decide everything for our lives. Due to this, we study 8 to 10 hours a day and forgotten our hobbies and don't take care of physical activities just sit on the chair and study for hours. Due to struggling this way in our whole life result is what? Students get depressed and some of them commit suicide. But the one who endures it and comes out of it walks out and realizes that the skills needed by them in real life are never be taught like creativity, problem-solving skills, confidence, critical thinking skills and many more.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SCHOOL

We are going to school since childhood, not in school in an industry where we are going to manufactured. Actually, What do we do since childhood just goes to school to attend the classes and copy the whole things in our mind told by teachers or written in the textbooks then give exams and gain marks then again repeat all these stupid things next year. Actually, exams mean recalling power you learn the things before the exams and just write these all on the exam sheet. This will show your memory power, not your intelligence both are different things. That's not all if you got low marks in any subject like maths, science and in other then the teacher calls parents of that student and complains.

If you are good at sports, singing, drawing, dancing and other things it doesn't matter everyone will say that pay attention to studies. All this can also become a career option for you but nobody tells you to care in simple language your talent is no matter for the schools. Albert Einstein said

Its simple meaning there is a fish that can swim in the water and you are asking them to climb on the tree hows it is possible its ability is to swim in water so how it can climb on the tree. This is happening in the school then don't know your talent is swim and they are forcing you to climb on the tree. Actually, they kill your talent.

PRESSURE ON STUDENTS

Our parents forced to do well in the exams this can affect our mental health. Before the exams, we start tension about what happens in the future and at that time our brain is not focused on the present. Many questions swing in our mind like what happens if I cant do a good score, what my parents' reaction and many more. At that time our mind is completely filled with negative thoughts. Because of it, we go to depressed. The role of the educational institute is to imparted knowledge to the student, keep force on there physical and prepared from social challenges. But unluckily, teachers do not understand the mental health issue of the student. There is increasing in Psychological concerns of children especially suicide and behavioral issue. 12% of Indian students in age between 4 and 16 suffer from psychiatric disorders. 20% show signs of mental disorders, out of which 2-5% have serious concerns like autism or bipolar disorder. Every hour, a student commits suicide in India. It doesn't sound good😞.

CONCLUSION

The education system in India is not good yet. There is a lack of creativity in it which makes conventional teaching methods quite boring. Where today India's government is running a campaign of 'Skill India' which focuses on the skills of an individual. Skills in a student can only come through practical knowledge. Well, the book is a great source of knowledge but what the meaning of that knowledge if we never applied it anywhere. The aim of the entrepreneurship mindset curriculum is to develop the entrepreneurial culture among youngsters and enhance their technical and learning abilities. The curriculum aims at building confidence in students so that they have the ability to excel in this professional world with the use of their innovative ideas. India's Educational System needs high input in making of creative educational system & to make a far better future.
