Welcome back to Black'n'White my previous article is on term related to Data Security that is Cryptography and today we will talk about very interesting topics like surface web, Deep web, Dark web and other. Many people do not know about these terms but you have to knowledge about all these terms and terms related to these topics.
Actually, you may not know that the internet we use in our daily life like searching anything on google, using facebook, watching videos on youtube and many more are only approx 4% of total internet and the rest of the internet is consist of Deep web.
Everyone can not be able to access the deep web. Actually, these are the web that is not indexed by search engines like yahoo, google, bing and others. We discuss the deep web in detail later.
Now the third one is Dark web maybe you guys know that it is a place where all the illegal works are happening like drug selling, hitman hiring, selling of human organ, gambling and many more. The dark web is not for normal peoples and it also dangerous. We will discuss later why the dark web is very dangerous and why should we don't access the dark web.

DARK WEB
As its name suggested it is kind of horrible wed Basically it is a part of the Deep web or we can say it is a subset of the deep web.it can not be accessed by a normal browser and by normal ISP ( Internet service provider) like Idea, Airtel and many more. We can't access these websites by typing their links in simple browsers like google chrome, Mozilla Firefox,
Opera and many more. So one question in your mind How to access Dark web? the answer is if you want to access these websites you have to use TOR (The Onion Router) browser.
It is a place where all illegal works are happening like drug selling, child pornography, organ selling, and many more. Basically, the web which we can not search directly search on the browser comes under the dark web.

What is TOR and How it works?
Maybe you know Google knows everything about your activity according to its Policy. Everything you search on the internet, which video you watch on youtube, the information on our phone if you using android because android is also a platform of Google.
So there is no privacy if you using the internet because of this an open-source company come out and take a guarantee to provide a private network to keep our identity hidden and they introduce a browser known as The Onion Router (TOR). They believe that everyone should be able to explore the internet with privacy. Now How TOR works? Basically, it uses a different layer of IP(Internet Protocols) to keep your identity hidden. This is called Onion Routing.
There are different layers of IP or a list of many IPs these IPs are connected with each other for better understanding let's take an example to suppose we search youtube on tor then it continuously bounces our IP and shows the last IP in IP list to youtube. This is Onion Routing. That's how your original IP is unknown and BackTrace is very difficult in onion routing. But it makes your internet speed slow.

Surfing of Dark Web is may be illegal. It consists of many illegal activities which are not for normal peoples. If you ask someone to for accessing dark web they said please not access dark web because if you can, you can not able to leave all these webs easily because these websites consist of many activities which play with our brain and develop psychology by which you can not able to leave accessing the dark web.
